Hillside Pizza

Our Hadley restaurant is located on Route 9 in Hadley (Russell Street).  The building has previously been both an old car garage and onion storage barn (though not at the same time), and has been beautifully reconditioned in a modern barn style by Wright Builders, Inc. This space provides a larger 40-seat dining area for our guests, and provides us with the capacity to produce more of our famous fundraising “Take & Bake” pizzas. Our Hadley building is also home to Valley Bike and Ski Werks and Energia Yoga & Spin Studio.

Our pizzas are “build your own” style with a variety of delicious gourmet sauces, fresh vegetables, and free-range, chemical free meats. We also serve large pizza slices, wraps, organic salads and hot’wiches (panini style sandwiches). For people with special dietary needs we offer gluten-free pizza crusts (Against the Grain) and gluten-free sandwich bread, as well as vegan/dairy free soy cheese, and meat substitutes.
